This is a straightforward book to help readers understand how to frame their thinking when encountering new challenges.
The authors provide a 10 step guide and walk the reader through using their framework to help shift perception and gain new insights.

While well written, I didn't find much new information here. I think it's a great book to pick up if someone is new to the topic and wants something accessible to start with.

Ashby's law is a good introduction to dealing with complexity. This book has lots of ways of asking questions that will let you come to an understanding if your problem is complex and how to go about it.

Cracking Complexity, more like Cracking Common Sense.

I was wishing that there would be groundbreaking new information that I have never heard before in my entire life but this book did not even come close to achieving that.

This is just common sense business stuff that everyone knows, repackaged into a book.

For a book about cracking complexity, this book was repetitive and overly complex.

I didn't enjoy this book.
