This was good book. Interesting plot and likable characters . Finished quick. Look forward to more from this author !

I read this and liked it but it wasn’t a favorite. I didn’t love Allie though I liked her. I also didn’t love Buck but I did like him. I didn’t like how he hid his daughter from Allie. I didn’t like that he “justified” it when in reality he just hid it and lied to Allie. Idk. I didn’t get their connection or why they wanted to reconnect. I didn’t get how when Buck made a play for her at the end, she says she wants to take it slow but exclusive and then agrees to forever with him. It’s illogical.

Allie and Buck have history and Buck is determined to take his time to win Allie back. I just couldn't really get into the story, it just wasn't for me.
