The day approaching, is a book that enlightens readers to view the signs that Jesus will be returning in the near future. The author outlines what the signs are and asking readers if they noticed the signs and how they can notice the signs. Amir has woven history from biblical times with the present day. Switching between biblical narratives of the Old Testament and the current day then discusses the current day and the New Testament is ideal for readers researching the perspectives and signs the return of Jesus. The book can be a complex read for a standard reader but Ideal for theology students and biblical scholars as the book is written similar to a Biblical commentary and an Introduction.

This book is a unique perspective on seeing the end time signs. It's always i interesting to get the point of view from someone closer to epicenter. We watch the Middle East occurrences from around the world while also trying to see what signs are happening in our own country. But the author has a front row seat to the key signs in his part of the world that sheds light on putting the pieces together.

This book looks are what it means for us to be priests, starting in Genesis. It is well done and informative.

In the past, I read many books about prophecy and the coming of our Lord Jesus. I’ve never come across one that seemed to be as well written as this one. The author, Amir Tsarfati, was born in Israel and lived there most of his life. The book explores in depth the Jewish festivals and how they they coincide with past, present and future events. I truly appreciated how carefully he explained these details because I got so much out of this book from his careful writing. The book was very easy to follow.

There was one thing I noticed that was different from the Bible I read. In the author’s retelling of the Parable of the Talents, Amir said that the servants each received the same amount of money. In the parable I read, each servant received a different amount according to their ability.

I don’t typically read books like this anymore, but I am very happy that I picked this one up, and I very highly recommend it. Upon researching the author, I see that he also wrote a book called The Last Hour that I plan to buy.

Amir Tsarfati is a Messianic Jew with full knowledge of tradition, and salvation in Jesus Christ. As such, he is uniquely qualified to relate the day approaching of the coming of our Lord. He lives with a view of the Valley of Megiddo where armies of nations will gather. But for now, Israel flourishes, nations still war against Israel, but changes are occurring that point to a future day of reckoning for us all. He touches on current events that affect the nation of Israel and compares to biblical prophecy.
This book heavily relies on biblical references to testify to a time in near future when Jesus will return. As we wait there are signs that show the day is fast approaching. Great apostasy is happening within the church. We need to know truth.
This isn't some doomsday tome. He has a light and comforting tone all the while speaking absolute truth in love. He points us to the only way to be right with God, through Jesus Christ. He speaks to the Sovereignty of God.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book, for content and manner of delivery. I will be seeking his previous book " The Last Hour", which focused on the Rapture and Antichrist. He states his focus here was on the "when". The time is now to make a decision on your own life, turning to Christ who draws us to Himself.
I recommend you grab a Bible and follow along as I did. Never take a writer's word for doctrinal truth. This book follows the Canon of Scripture.

Parts of this book were refreshingly cheerful. Then others were very challenging and motivating. The author’s use of our curiosity and God’s revealed Word to present the Gospel and motivate us in our love for others was very well done. There were a few bits referenced here and there that I question, but most of it holds strongly to the Dispensational view of the End Times.
Still, I struggled with this book. Not because I disagreed with most of it, but I had a hard time following it. It rambled so far from the topic at times, and for so long that I forgot what he was originally talking about. Then each chapter seemed rather disconnected from the others. Overall, it gave me the feeling of listening in on a loosely structured conversation rather than reading a book.

I discovered Amir's teaching a year ago and really respect how he approaches Scripture. He has a wonderful testimony of salvation. This is a concise and easy to read description of God’s plans for the world. The author starts at Genesis and takes the reader through a wonderful journey through scripture to the culmination of God's plan of Jesus's second coming and the millennial kingdom in Revelation. It encouraged me as a believer and gave me tremendous in understanding our times and the glorious future we have with Jesus.

I read The Last Hour by Amir Tsarfati last year and absolutely loved it! It is easy to read and understand without any heavy theology words. Isn't that one of the most important things in delivering the message of the Gospel? To make it simple for everyone to comprehend yet without compromising the truth?

Anyway, I was so thrilled when Amir has written another book and I knew that I had to read The Day Approaching. Once again, Amir delivers a biblical and insightful message, and this time it is about the Rapture and Millennium. It is a timely read considering of what is happening in the world right now. I can assure you that after reading this book, you will gain a deeper and meaningful understanding about these last days. You will feel encouraged and hopeful, and will view things with a biblical perspective.

In THE DAY APPROACHING, AMIR TSARFATI gives wonderful biblical insight into the Rapture and the Millenium, and really awakens a desire in one's heart to not only make right with God through Christ's shed blood, but to live one's life in such a way that others are drawn to Him.
It is such a well written book, so easy to understand and with a good dose of humour running through it. The author is a Jewish believer in Jesus who lives in Israel and has has really studied what the Bible says about the Last Days.
I cannot recommend this book highly enough.
