i really enjoyed reading this book, I really like Calixta as a character. I really enjoyed the other characters as well and the world itself.

Calixta a madam with the best harem in town discovers she is the third vanquisher. How can she be? A life marred in darkness hides her light from the demons she must send on to the virtues and the father. In the midst of training she faces things that appear in nightmares. This is the first in a series and note a lot of words and paragraphs are repeated over and over as the author shifts points of views. Family, love, faith and loyalty are themes repeated throughout.
