Ok, so obviously I’m on a Leslie North kick! This was a pretty good read, quick and enjoyable. I liked both Clementine and Samir. The only complaint I would make is I didn’t really feel much of the emotional connection between these two as I usually do with others. I recommend to anyone that likes the sheikh trope.

Samir headed to Las Vegas to meet someone who could help him export the Crocus flowers that would greatly benefit his tribe. After a late night he finds himself married to what he believes is the daughter who is trying to negotiate a deal with. Never guessing the woman he married could help hi, achieve what he needed. Clementine was definitely a character I could relate with and her need to feel like she belonged was a driving force to help her work harder.

A big thank you to NetGalley and Relay Publishing for the ARC. I am voluntarily reviewing this book. This is number 2 in a series, but reads well as a stand a!one. This is a quick, fun read. Totally out of my realm of possibilities! Got married while drunk, and then pregnant.... Crazy but just a light read. 3.5 stars

Talk about a “comedy of errors”. This story has it’s share. From the Vegas wedding to the finish. There is romance, steam, angst and a sweet ending. Go for this one, an easy, enjoyable read.

This was a light and short novel about a a man and a woman talking a chance in Las Vegas with one another. Clementine is a successful business women and doesn’t expect that a work engagement will lead to possible love. Clementine follows her heart across the ocean in order to take a chance on love. I would rate this book a 3 out of 5 stars. I wished it was a bit longer but it was a fun read and not overly long. I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own. #NetGalley

After a wild night of drinking and partying Clementine Llewellyn wakes up married to sexy a sheikh.

Sheikh Samir learns he's not married to the person he assumed. Clementine suggests a quick divorce to solve everything. But Samir's country’s divorce laws require them to stay married for three months. So Clementine goes home with Samir. But what started as a marriage of convenience becomes more than either was expecting.

But an unexpected surprise may change their circumstances.
Not sure how Samir feels about her Clementine makes the decision to return to the States -- thinking to make things easier all around.

Has Samir waited too late to realize his feelings for Clementine?

I highly enjoyed this story. It was my first book by Leslie North but surely it won't be my last !

Let's sum up the plot: Clementine is in Vegas and hanging out with her friend Heather at the bar. Heather mentions that there's a man staring at Clementine all the time, so she decides to go talk to him. That man is no one less than Sheikh Samir, who is here for business. They have a wild night partying in Vegas and then end up in his room. The next morning they wake up with wedding rings on their fingers as they piece together what happened. Samir tells her that in his country you can't divorce for three months so he convinces her to go back to Omirabad with him during that time. Will they fall in love ? Will they be able to find happiness or will his family in Omirabad drive them apart ?

This story had everything you could wish for in a romance novel ! From "oops we got married" to a deep meaningful relationship built over a certain time span,- this novel gives you everything. Add to that a lot of wit, fun, sexyness, drama and romantic scenes.
Clem and Samir have amazing chemistry, both in and out of the bedroom. Their relationship started out funny and then turned serious very quickly, They form this deep bond and they are supportive of each other first and foremost. The author has really written the characters with a lot of care and empathy, you can't help but root for them from beginning to end.
Another thing I appreciated was the touch of the Middle Eastern customs and landscape. The cultural aspects definitely made this book more authentic.

To sum it up, the story was captivating from beginning to end and the chemistry between Samir and Clementine was electric enough to jumpstart a heart. This is a beautiful love story with lots of up and downs, fun and hidden feelings. I highly recommend it

2.5 stars.
This was an easy okay read, i kind of wish it was longer and took longer time sort of. Because i think maybe they were extremely quick to accsept being married. It was some drama here and there, but this is under 200 pages so one dosen't have lot of room to build up character or happenings. Plus i didn't really like that the female MC seemed so perfect all the time with the Sheik, Both of them seemed extremely perfect to each other - basically no flaws. So some things dragged it down.

I loved this beautifully written, short romance story. I started it and couldn't put it down until I was finished. I liked that the main characters came from two different worlds. I admired how the hero's family accepted people from different cultures. I can't wait to read another book from this fabulous author. I received an Advanced Reader's Copy from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.

Clem is so used to all relationships in her life being temporary. So when she realized her marriage also is going to be temporary she excepted it easily. Breaks my heart. Samir is wonderful when they're together, but has too many doubts when apart.

Another sweet romance from Leslie North, here our Sheikh gets a pleasant surprise and it takes him time to learn that Clem is just as sweet and sassy as the kind of woman he needs in his life.
Thanks Netgalley for the eARC. This was a short, fast paced, sweet read.
