This is an amazing book. Using the Bible, teachings of Buddha, and ancient philosophers, the author helps us to see, there are 2 main stumbling blocks to happiness - attachment and anxiety.
Reading the book shows that detachment, and the ability to stop worrying are neither gifts of the chosen ones, nor inborn talents which are reserved for a few, but skills that can be learned at any moment in life, regardless of our situation.
The author has obviously experienced both problems, and difficulties in his own life, and tries to help others (reading this book) drop their burdens of their worries, and start to glide serenely through life. Male and female, rich and poor, educated or not, old and young, he shows the solution is in our own hands.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this book to those trying to understand themselves bettr!
