this was a really interesting book, I liked the time period in the book and I liked the characters themselves. It was a fun read and I hope there is more in the series.

I'm sorry to say it but The Dark Legend of The Foreigner is poorly written. It overuses passive voice plus it's really difficult to understand what's happening at times. It needs heavy editing in a bad way.

The Dark Legend of the Foreigner might be a great story but it reads like it was originally in some other language and suffered a really poor interpretation to English to the point you have no idea of the plot of where the story is going sadly. I tried for several chapters and finally just gave up since I got more out of the synopsis than I did out of the actual book.
