As a primary school teacher I really liked this book as it provided useful information for me but also really accessible and fun for the children.
Lots of facts and great ideas to help children care for the environment and look after it.

This is a funny and engaging book aimed at older primary school age children who want to learn more about climate change and the ways in which we all can help our planet. Very accessible, engaging and full of facts, this book is a great resource for all young people who might want to learn something about this important subject. There are facts, figures (in manageable chunks) and also handy ideas for adults in children to implement - not only at home but also at school. Many of them requires a child to take the initiative - a great way in which they can become more engaged in taking taking the responsibility for our future. Perhaps some of the ideas are aimed at older ages, but younger ones will also find things to do here. The book is divided into a bite sized chunks and has funny illustrations - although my only criticism would be the lack of colour here (presumably due to the subject matter - it fits with the book's message) - however I am not sure if children wouldn't have find it more engaging if a little colour was added. All together - a very current and topical book.
