This is an adorable graphic novel for kids about friendship. This book shows that opposite personalities attract each other, and even though we are different from others, we can be everyone's friend.

A really sweet beginning chapter book about friendship. Fox is very easygoing, while Rabbit is more anxious, and together they balance each other out. Whether their adventures end well (finding a map to Surprise Island in a bottle on the beach) or not so well (Rabbit eating all the vegetables in their garden), the two friends support and help each other through it all. The graphic novel format is engaging, making it less intimidating for young readers transitioning into chapter books, and the illustrations are cute and sweet. A fun read for the kiddos!

I was looking for a Graphic Novel for younger students and this one caught my eye. I like how Fox and Rabbit are different but yet the best of friends. I like the different adventures they go one and how they cooperate to make their adventures fun for the both of them. This was a great read.

In my opinion, we don't have enough easy reader graphic novels. They're great for kids learning to read and reluctant readers alike. They use simple vocabulary and supplement the understanding of the text with dynamic illustrations. If Henry and Mudge or Frog and Toad had been comics it would probably look a lot like Fox and Rabbit as they share not only format but themes. This is a story of friends having simple adventures. Easy to understand and relatable.

A fun introduction to graphic novels for a young reader. Fox and Rabbit are an unlikely pair of friends who do everything together. They learn from and help each other throughout their adventures.

This would be a great book for children exploring graphic novels for the first time as there are lots of opportunities to talk about pictures and make predictions about what will happen next with minimal text on the pages.

If I was using this in the classroom I would probably use the end of each story to encourage the children to retell the story in their own words. There are also lots of opportunities for initial sound games.

With its simple pictures and likeable characters I would definitely recommend this one.

I received an eARC of this book from the publishers via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

This was a beautiful graphic novel style children's book. I loved that it was split into multiple stories so you can choose to read one a night or multiple and I laughed every time the tortoise didn't catch up till the end!

Best friends Fox and Rabbit have several adventures, including visiting a carnival and growing a garden. This short, multi-chapter graphic novel, in the spirit of Fox + Chick and Bink and Gollie is perfect for beginning readers with its concise, simple text. Fox loves pointing out words that start with 'f,' which will be especially profitable for young readers. The stories are sweet, celebrating ingenuity and friendship in life's ups and down. The illustrations are clean and bright and give the book a fun feel. Will likely be in the Geisel Award conversation. Ages 5-8.

The adorable illustrations and witty dialogue make this a perfect addition to any library for the preschool and kindergarten set. I’ll be buying this as a gift for several kids. Highly recommended!

I absolutely adoredd this book by Beth Ferry! I loved the different personalities of best friends, Fox and Rabbit. Fox is fearless and always up for adventure whereas Rabbit is more cautious and always liked to be prepared. Together they have a series of adventures over the course of four days, with each one leading to the next.

This was a quick and easy read, and my kids really liked the comic-esque illustration style.

My younger elementary school students will love this book. Graphic novels especially appeal to them and there aren't that many available for that specific age group. Fox and Rabbit are such sweet characters and the fact that they are unlike each other will draw my readers in. Their close friendship, despite their differences, emphasize that point. They will laugh at the humor and appreciate the art. Looking forward to adding it to my collection-

Readers will be reminded of Fox and Chick due to the similar characters and tone. Fox and Rabbit is better suited for 2nd graders and up due to the larger range of vocabulary. While their friendship isn't ideal readers will laugh as they realize these two are never on the same page at the same time.

Fix & Rabbit is a super cute book about friendship and facing your fears. Students in grades K-2 will really enjoy this touching and funny graphic novel! Give to students who enjoyed Poppy & Sam and New Shoes by Varon.

Fox and Rabbit is a fun graphic novel following the adventures of two very different friends and they support one another through the ups and downs of live. This book would be a great spring board to talk about how our differences are what bring us together. I highly recommend this book!

Fox and rabbit are an unlikely pair of best friends, but also the cutest. Rabbit has a rather anxious nature and Fox is heavily invested in words that begin with the letter F. Both are fond of sandwiches, adventures, and good surprises. But not zingers, those are bad surprises. The book is made up of five stories, all following on from the other, all filled with hilarious scenarios and more than a pinch of sarcasm from our two wonderfully quirky characters.

Fox and Rabbit is by far my favourite children's book of the year so far, it's very, very funny (some might say it's super trooper funny), the illustrations are just beautiful and more important than anything, it's all about friendship. This will be read time and time again, an instant classic.

This book gets all the stars, we love it.

This graphic novel would be suitable for primary grade readers. The book contains 4 stories that are inter-connected and focus on the friendship of Fox and Rabbit. Children will like the repetition of certain phrases and the appearance of the turtle at the end of each story. Children may also like the desire to come up with things that begin with "f" but I found it a bit forced. This book was just okay for me, not great.

Cute comic about best friends Fox and Rabbit. The four stories in this collection flow into each other perfectly for reluctant readers to keep reading a little longer, until... boom! They've read a whole book. There aren't any large problems to overcome or life lessons, instead it's gentler everyday type of adventures and spending time with friends.

I loved the whimsical illustrations and the delight of friendship in Fox & Rabbit. Written graphic novel style the stories in this book quietly build on each other and show differences in personalities and expectations and how that can help friendships grow through experiences together.

3.5. A simple graphic novel / easy reader, with a friendly odd couple a la Frog and Toad—not as tender, developed, and sweet, but in a series of similar vignettes, and with a similar light humor (not the more hilarious kind Sometimes found in Elephant and Piggie). I’ll recommend this to the easy reader crowd eager to get into graphic novels but not ready for more challenging texts. I appreciated the running gags sewn through all of the stories.
