As expected from Sarah J Maas this book sounds brilliant. It is gripping and engaging and has the combination of fantasy and romance. I look forward to learning more about Bryce.

Didn’t get to read this. The download never sent, no matter how many times I refreshed and made are I had all the things I needed in place which is a shame, I was dying to read this considering it was compared to Jessica Jones. I wouldn’t rate this if I didn’t need to, but for now I will say no stars until I can read fully!

I was an anxious to read this extract, thinking that Maas couldn’t possibly top her A Court of Thorns and Roses series but I shouldn’t have worried. The teaser has me desperate for more. It’s brimming with all the typical Maas angst, strong female characters and broody bad ass men. I honestly don’t know how I’m going to manage to wait until March for the full release!

I have been anticipating this book for so long, so when I saw that there was a sample, I jumped at the chance to read it. I absolutely adore Sarah J Maas writing, so this does not disappoint. This is more of an adult story if I remember correctly, but the writing style is similar to that of Throne of Glass.
