A delicious blend of sensual and erotic lesbian short stories. I wish there were more lesbian romances/erotica available and this would be a great collection to add to any library.

The thing I love about anthologies is discovering new authors, and thanks to this collection, I discovered a few I will definitely be reading more by.

As with most anthologies, some stories will appeal more than others, and to different readers for different reasons.

I liken this story to a box of chocolates, some I wanted to savour, others weren't bad, and one made me screw up my face and want to spit it out.

I'm not sure what the requirements were for submissions, but the majority of these stories feature BDSM and/or strap-ons.

Silk and Leather is a collection of short erotica stories and what a collection it is. All the stories are well written by noted authors. Not everyone will enjoy every story but there's such an array, there's something for everyone. Well worth a read.

Some of ‘Silk and Leather’ was fantastic. A select few of the short stories were very well written and very, very sexy. These are the few stories that redeem this collection for me, because otherwise I felt that the vast majority of the stories in this collection were subpar. Whilst reading some of this stories, it felt like I was reading the script for homemade pornography. Tacky is the best way to describe some of the stories. However even with that, I would say that the few good stories are good enough to where I still would recommend this to others.

Oh my! There are some very edgy stories in this book. Some not as edgy but very good just the same. I must say, it's one of the best erotica's I've read in a long time. Very well put together. I would certainly recommend reading at your own risk.

Erotica is something that can bring you to the edge or push you over. The variation of the stories contained within this volume can and will do just that. There is a story for the passions of many, bdsm, poly, s and m, one on one, voyeur and swinging. Have fun reading the stories within.

A collection of steamy stories, that should be the title of this book.
I liked some of them, let’s say about 50%, for the other 50% I was happy that it were only short stories.

I read the stories between reading other books, I think that’s the best way to go, at least for me. I wouldn’t be able to read this in 1 go.

This was a collection of short erotic stories with a wide range of stories.

Given the title, specially with the "erotica with an Edge", I was expecting a book with actual edgy erotica stories. But I don't think this was it. I think most stories were just sex scenes with an edge but not really erotica. I have read romance books , not erotica, with more erotic sex scenes that the stories hear published. So that was a bit disappointing.

This is not to say the book and the stories were bad. The stories were good, well written, lots of chemistry and great sex. But just not erotic stories.

So, if you are looking for some sexy stories with an edge, this is your book. But if you are looking for some erotica with an edge, this is not your book.

I really liked Silk and Leather. This is a collection of erotic short stories some edgier than others. Some I wished were full length and a couple that wasn't all that interesting to me. One of my absolute favorites was The Key to Happiness by Jeannie Levig. I was a little confused for the first couple of pages and then it quickly dawns on me what is going on. It's a really good story. I want to give this one 5 stars. I am not going to rate each story but just needed to give you a rating on at least one of them. Some of the other ones I liked included Be Good To Mama, Taking a Leap, The Bet, In a Place like This, Tied to Pleasure, Playing with Fire, Learning to Ask, Absinthe Kiss, Excitement Awaits and Bossy. I thought there others were fine, but the one listed above were my favorites.

Overall there were so many that I really enjoyed so I have to rate this one 4.5 stars. It is really by far one of the better short story collections that I have read.
