I love Cynthia Edens books, she pairs romance with suspense and leaves you rooting for the couple. Linc and Blair have been partners at Wilde Securities and both are having feelings for each other but are fighting against it. Linc is really starting to show signs of jealousy. Their latest assignment is going undercover as newlyweds at a all inclusive resort. Some of the story was like really? (drugged chocolates?) But since I love Ms. Edens books so much she gets a pass.

This is a voluntary review of an advanced copy.

I could not put this book down! It was non-stop action and drama as Linc and Blair try to find the person behind some kidnapping on an island resort. Along with the sizzling attraction between the partners, the mystery behind the kidnappings unfolds and it is twist and turns all along the way. Just when you think you understand what is going on, there is a new twist and it changes everything!

I love that we see James Smith, The Ghost, as part of the story as I loved his story and we get a bit of insight into Cole and his upcoming story in the next book in this series.

This series is so much fun and I can't wait for the next book to come out!

Crossing the Line is another well-written and fast-paced story by Cynthia Eden. Good storybuilding and characters. So enjoyed it

Crossing The Line by Cynthia Eden is book 7 in the Wilde Ways Series. This is the story of Blair Kincaid and Linc Dalton. I have read the other books which of course added to my enjoyment of this one, but I did feel you could make this a standalone book if you which to do so. Linc and Blair work together at Wilde Securities where they have both been fighting around their feelings. But when they are put on assignment as a newly married couple putting them in intimate but dangerous condition their feelings for each other start to unravel to where they can't do anything but act on them. Really enjoyed their story and of course Ms. Eden's writing. Can't wait to read more book from this author.

Linc and Blair are partners at Wilde Securities where they are sent on assignments protecting wealthy clients, and performing other dangerous tasks. Both deadly and well trained, they only trust each other because they've been burned before. Linc likes to joke around and flirt with Blair but she has no idea he has real feelings for her. She's it for him and it takes everything he has to keep her at arms length while working so closely together. Their latest job has Linc and Blair posing as newlyweds which finally forces them to realize their true feelings and their passion explodes. Lots of action, suspense, and red hot romance -- loved it!

Oh My Gosh let me tell you Linc is the most protective alpha I’ve ever read. He is definitely my new favorite in this series. Sorry Ghost!!! I still love you to. Blair is no shrinking violet she’s a bad ass take charge woman. They have been partners for a while now and they both want more but are afraid of messing things up. When they go undercover as husband and wife watch out. It’s hard to know who to trust but Blair and Linc always have each other’s backs. Any time I pick up a Cynthia Eden book I know it’s gonna be a winner. We did meet a couple of new characters in this book so I hope it doesn’t end anytime soon. Cole is up next finally.

Crossing the Line has my favorite trope of “friends to lovers”. In this addition to the Wilde Ways Security Series by Cynthia Eden it is also associates or partners whose friendship crosses the line then turns into true love. Much like Kenzie and Dietz on NCIS Los Angeles. However without a doubt Linc Dalton is way cooler than Martin Dietz.

A new favorite of the series, it has great likable characters who are strong, intelligent and work to keep the world not only safe but also always having their partner’s back. The story has sexy romance, action, danger and excitement right up to the end. Outstanding addition to the series.

This is another brilliant book in this wonderful series All of these books have very intense all alpha male leads and the woman who are strong and smart and bring those alphas to their knees and this one is no exception

Linc is an ex homicide detective and a member of Wilde Securities and he definitely has the hots for his partner Blair Kincaid she has issues of her own and doesn't trust lightly but she trusts her partner When they have to go undercover pretending to be on their honeymoon things ignite between them but will it last once they are back to real life We have met both these characters in previous books in this seires and it is wonderful to finally get their story

3 - "Anything for you…" Stars.

We return to the Wilde Ways series with book seven; Crossing the Line finally giving us Blair and Linc’s story. I have loved these two in previous books in their roles as secondary characters, so I was excited to see what Cynthia had in store for them.

This is an author who delivers for me, I know when I open one of her books I’ll be sucked into the story, get virtual whip-lash from the twists and turns and root for the good guys and gals to win the day. My rating attests to the fact that things didn’t quite hit the spot for me with this one, and whereas I would usually read a book by this author in a day, it’s taken me three times as long this time.

"I don’t want to lose you… I don’t want to lose us."

I struggled through the first half, the whole fake honeymoon in paradise to catch the bad guys all felt a little rough around the edges, and I really hated the persona Linc employed in order to fit into the role he was playing, the second half was marginally better but I just didn’t find Crossing the Line holding my attention they way this authors books always do usually.

Still packed full of twists and turns, and the final realisation of Blair and Linc’s real feelings for each other, just not my favourite in the series in general. Cole is up next, and I am fully expecting that Counting on Cole will deliver like all of the previous books in the series have.

Linc and Blair... Finally!!!! I've been waiting for this couple to finally get their own story, and it was absolutely what I hoped for, unbelievably sexy but with tons of Linc's quirky personality. It was fantastic! Linc has the truly sweet heart of a little boy mixed with the protective instincts of a grizzly. In other words, he was perfection. Blair was just what he needed and exactly who he'd always wanted. This was one of my favorite couples of the series.

Net Galley provided an ARC for honest review.

CROSSING THE LINE is the seventh book in Cynthia Eden’s Wilde Ways series. I always find a Cynthia Eden book entertaining, but some I love more than others. I loved reading CROSSING THE LINE! This works as a standalone story, but there has been flirtations and sexual tension galore in every previous book Linc and Blair have appeared in. Linc Dalton and Blair Kincaid work as partners for Wilde Securities, and it has been obvious for a long time that Linc is wild about Blair. When Linc and Blair get an assignment to masquerade as husband and wife on an island with possible kidnappers lurking in the shadows, Linc finally feels free to put it all out there and tell Blair how he really feels. Sigh.

As I started reading CROSSING THE LINE, I found it very evocative of the Agatha Christie story AND THEN THERE WERE NONE, and the classic Hitchcock film NOTORIOUS. Since wives have had a habit lately of being kidnapped on the honeymoon hotspot Turquoise Island, Linc and Blair go undercover as Mr. and Mrs. Linc Rutherford. I love this whole setup. I like the characters, the island setting, and the married couple pretense. Sometimes, in stories like these I worry about the heroine, but Blair is tough and highly skilled at handling dangerous situations and psychos with dastardly intentions. The chemistry between Blair and Linc is off the charts phenomenal and the longing Linc has for Blair is swoon worthy. There’s a wonderful balance in CROSSING THE LINE between suspense and erotic romance as this couple battles an unknown enemy and come to terms with their feelings for each other. Cynthia always expertly throws red herrings into her stories to bedevil readers. Sometimes the villain is the obvious suspect and other times it’s a complete surprise. Fellow Wilde agent Cole Vincent is also assigned to be undercover and help Linc and Blair hunt down the bad guys. In addition to the Clue-like possible villains which include the butler, resort manager, doctor, and nurse, Blair runs into someone she burned before she joined Wilde Securities. Although Blair is more than capable of kicking ass and taking care of herself, I enjoy Linc’s protective instincts when it comes to her.

CROSSING THE LINE. This book is a prime example of why I always say Cynthia Eden writes the best sex scenes. The passion between this couple makes for some super steamy scenes, but the emotion behind it is equally as intense and the characters are extremely well-written, which increases the impact for readers. So happy seeing Ghost making an appearance in this book, and he’s appropriately badass. I’m happy that Cole finally gets his book next and I look forward to reading it.

Oohhmyygod!!!
I’m so in love with this book! It’s everything I love and look for! Amazing hero and heroine!
Linc is the perfect book boyfriend! He was super protective and OTT possessive hero! I just love heroes like him!
Blair was just equally if not more amazing than Linc was! Goodness I don’t think I could love them more if I tried!
The plot, the suspense, the ROMANCE are everything!
Ms, Eden you truly are an amazing, awesome writer, please don’t ever stop writing!

6+ stars!!!

Crossing the Line hooked me from the start with its intriguing and suspenseful story line and the mystery behind what was happening on the island. And hello...Linc and Blair pretending to be a married couple when they already have that sizzling chemistry? Sign me up!!!

It was obvious from the beginning of the book that Linc and Blair were so much more than partners. They were so in tune with each other and the depths that each would go to to ensure the other's safety was truly something. I loved Linc and Blair as partners, and absolutely loved them as so much more. YAY for their HEA!!!. I love the Wilde world Cynthia Eden has created and I enjoy immersing myself in their world each time I get to pick up a new book. I found Crossing the Line to be 100% engaging. I couldn't put it down!

This is one of the best series that I have read! The dialog, the humor (Gomez Adams & Morticia – lol), the action and suspense and the twisting plot that keeps you guessing until the end. Linc Dalton and Blair Kincaid are partners at Wilde Securities. Although their attraction is intense, they both try to ignore their feelings. This is harder to do once they are assigned to investigate an island paradise as honeymooners. One woman was kidnapped for ransom and returned, while the other woman was not so lucky. Blair will be the bait to see if the kidnappers are still working the island. Linc is a former homicide detective while Blair has a hidden past that she protects. As the danger escalates, Blair and Linc will show that they can handle themselves in any situation. I received an advance review copy at no cost and without obligation for an honest review. Amazing!

I loved seeing Linc and Blair finally figure it out and get together. These two have been taking us on a ‘wild’ ride from the beginning and this story pulled it all together with heart and action.

I voluntarily read an advanced copy.

Linc I'm pretty sure why his woman asks him questions she knows the answer to, “eff, yes, I’m joining you. Like, was that even a question?” Linc is so supportive, “if you do slip up and kill him, don’t worry. I’ll either get rid of the body or I’ll help you get out of the country.” I liked this book, I loved Linc.

It seems there truly is nothing that could cause Linc to ever doubt Blair. Rock steady is a great way to describe what the two of them have as partners and so much more. I really enjoyed reading, Crossing the Line.
