I have followed David Chang's career with great interest over the years and have read several issues of Lucky Peach. He is extremely self-deprecatory about his own success, which is both reassuring and a little annoying, It's fascinating to read how he got started and where the ideas came from for the Momofuku empire, and I thoroughly enjoyed the book - just wanted a bit more depth.
