Due to technical glitch with the file, I was unable to read this book. I have read other books by the author which I have enjoyed.

I loved it! I'd been reading a lot of dystopian novels, which frankly, are usually grim, so it was nice to read a contemporary love story with a bit of a mystery. I hear there's a second and third book coming, and I can't wait to read them!

Couldn't download this so I can't really review it. Seems really interesting though, sounds like something I would check out.

Angsty teen love is one of my favorite things to read about, and Pushing the Limits is no exception. Katie McGarry has built a world that is engaging and full of life.

Such a beautiful book about relationships and how far will you go. Loved the plot, the characters and the pace.

You see that cover up there and to the left?

It's steamy, huh? Well, the book is JUST AS STEAMY INSIDE. And look! Her hair is RED! Isn't that just fantastic?

It's been a long time since I've read a book that makes me want to gush about it to everyone. That's the biggest reason this book makes me so happy. It's for fans of Simone Elkeles. I got to the second chapter, and I immediately thought of Perfect Chemistry. This book is in the same spirit, but... honestly, Pushing the Limits is better. I wish it were a movie.

Good News: There's a sequel about Beth!
Bad News: We have to wait until MAY, folks. MAY. That's five months away. I counted. I think I need this hardcover for myself. It's going on my wish list.

Many thanks to Net Galley and the publisher for sharing this amazing story! I would be their best friends if they would put the sequel up as a galley.

Seriously.

For whatever reason I never really got on with Pushing the Limits, which is a bit strange considering I continued reading the series and loved every book after that I read (Crash Into You being my favourite of the series)
I think the author's writing really grew in the later books but didn't wow me in Pushing the Limits. The character development wasn't quite there and to be honest, I didn't really like Echo. Just something about her that put me off. Noah was the kind of bad boy I enjoy reading about so that helped carry the story a bit for me. I just found I wasn't blown away by the story but I fell in love with some of the other characters later on in the series.
Please accept my apologies for not sending any feedback until now.

I gave this book a couple of shots and I just couldn't get into it. I think I'm just not a fan of Katie McGarry's writing.
