What a great book! Packed full of really helpful and useful information and written in a very entertaining and understandable way. I'd highly recommend to any woman looking to be better educated about their menstrual cycle, wish I'd read it years ago!

Wow, this was a refreshing read. I could really have done with this positivity as a teen. The author turns around a generally regarded as a taboo subject into something that should be celebrated. Will definitely be recommending to friends.
