Adorable book! Loved it! Especially the dog! If you want some light, funny romance, you should pick this one up. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Thank you to Amazon Publishing and NetGalley for a gifted copy of this book. All opinions are my own.

Forced proximity is one of my favorite tropes and this one was super adorable! I really admired Madison for paving her own way and pursuing her own career and passing even if she had to give up everything she had. I loved when she stood up to her mom and awful ex boyfriend. Even though she had never cleaned in her life and knew nothing about it, she maintained a really good attitude and tried her best. I'm sure she wasn't the first person to ever put dish detergent in the dish washer! Haha. Tyler sounded like a dreamboat and I kind of fell in love with him while reading too.

I'm hoping there will be additional books about Madison's besties because they are amazing!

Starting this book, I expected sitcom hijinks and a great forced proximity relationship. And while there were elements of those things, they weren’t as prominent as I hoped. There were times that I chuckled but this book explores more about her struggle to support herself and not fall in love with her roommate even though she spends all her free time with him. Overall, it was a cute story about two unlikely characters coming together in the weirdest of circumstances. The moments between the couple as they get to know one another, open up, challenge and support each other were cute and I couldn’t help but want to see their happy ending. Pigeon (the rescue dog) was the star of the show for me. I also appreciated seeing how Madison struggled through basic life after growing up super privileged and the influence and encouragement she became for her sisters. Great for fans of hallmark movies and sweet love stories.

a woman moves into a rich guy's spare bedroom in exchange for dog sitting. She struggles with family issues and has to learn to make mac and cheese, etc.

Madison and Tyler had me laughing out loud and swooning at the same time.

I just love a sweet story of friends to lovers.  There were surely some immediate sparks but to give Tyler what he asks for, Madison keeps her feelings to herself.  But when you live with a sweet, adorable, sexy, and swoony man like Tyler - you just can't help but fall for him.

Tyler is such a good guy.  And Madison is just so determined to make it on her own and these two together made a great team.  Tyler was always there to support Madison and Madison tried her hardest to be the best room "maid" she could be.  I just absolutely enjoyed the chemistry and friendship (and more) that those who had!  A perfect rom-com!

My first book by this author but definitely not my last.  These characters were so likable and the story flawless.  Written so well that the thought of having to stop reading made me sad!
