Grace Hamilton has written many end of the world series and the amazing part of that statement is that each series is an excellent body of work and she never repeats the story lines. Deep End focuses on a family torn apart when the EMP hits. They must fight to find their way back together while keeping the battle to survive moving forward. An excellent book #2 but could easily be a stand alone. If you love the dystopian genre, you must read Grace Hamilton.
