A perfect summery feel good read ideal for this time of year!
Siblings Leo, Juliet and Miranda are all together on the island for summer but each has their own issues/ problems they are dealing with!
Miranda has separated from her long term fiancée and has a phobia of leaving the island, Leo has been left in sole charge of his daughters for the summer and Juliet is fleeing london after a break up, losing her job and an unexpected pregnancy!! Together without their parents being home at the lighthouse they manage to gel and bond and in doing so work through their issues with the help of Owain, Rory and christabel and a llama called Lucy! Culminating in a massive festival and many changes for the siblings! A perfect happy ever after read.

Siblings Miranda Juliet and Leo all end up back at home on Seashell Island with different agendas and problems, hoping to gain advice from their parents who are off travelling the world.
Miranda has been dumped by someone she thought she would marry.
Juliet is pregnant by her married boss who has also sacked her.
Leo is a workaholic who has to step up and parent his 2 daughters for the whole summer whilst his ex wife is on honeymoon.
The siblings must get their lives together and work together to save the family business.
This is the first book I had read by this author. I thought the story stated off slow. I think I was a quarter of the way in until I felt like something happened to keep me interested. That said Miranda, Juliet and Leo are likeable characters with relatable issues and anyone that has a sibling, like I do will, understand the dynamics of their relationship.
If you’re looking for an easy read with a feel good story you won’t go wrong with Summer on Seashell Island.
