I had lots of expectations of this book that sadly didn’t seem to deliver. The execution I found just wasn’t there

This was interesting, not really what I expected and in truth was a little bit disappointed, the characters seemed a little bit too much.

I enjoyed this story but not as much as some of the others that have been released under this brand.

The story was ok but I did feel that this was a little slow paced with not much going on in terms of a storyline. Only two characters feature in the story and there was not much action.

It was a readable story, but not one that I would pick up again. It is 3 stars from me for this one.

This story is undeniably hot despite its frozen Alaska setting. Graciela and Jensen's initial antagonism rapidly changes to sexual heat. Opposites attract and the couple find they are two sides to the same coin. Can their sexual compatibility translate into forever love?

This is an emotional and explicit story. Graciela and Jensen's are vulnerable and have trust issues which make their intense romance full of internal conflict.

Full of angst and passion the reader is left exhausted but satisfied when Graciela and Jensen finally achieve their happy ending.

I received a copy of this book from Mills and Boon via NetGalley in return for an honest review.

There's no doubting that Zara Cox knows how to tell a story. This is a page turner with all the required elements for a hot romance.

Part of a series, but I read and enjoyed this as a standalone.

Thank you to NetGalley and to the publisher for a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Graciela knows what she wants and knows how to get it, so when she meets Jenson Scott on a wilderness shoot she sets out to achieve her aim of raising awareness of the environment whilst also getting her man.

Jenson is nursing his wounds from a previous relationship and is guarding his heart, His impressions of Graciela are of a spoilt little rich girl. But soon he starts to wonder whether he may have gotten her wrong all along.

When a snow storm hits and they find themselves straded in the Alaskan wilderness with only each other for company their true feelings start to emerge and slowly he finds that Graciela's heart is thawing and all is not what it seems, can he submit to her so she can truly start to believe in herself.

Whilst this is the fourth book in The Mortimers: Wealthy & Wicked series it is able to be read as a standalone.

This is the second book of @millsandbookUK’s Dare series that I’ve read. I was given an ARC via @netgalley so thank you to the publisher for that! After reading ‘Bad Business’ last month I knew I wanted to read more of these stories! This one is all about Graciela Mortimer and Jensen Scott.

The pair meet on a photo shoot in Alaska and do not get off to the best of starts ensuring sexual tension from the outset. Both have misconceptions about the other and as they get to know each other better they realise how well suited they are. This really lives up to the sensual romance description it’s given and was a bit different to me in that Graciela was in charge in their relationship.

This has a bit of a forced proximity romance trope to it and while they’re stuck together the characters are in Alaska. I loved this setting. Alaska is one of the places on my bucket list and this just made me want to go even more.

Once rescued the story followed the pair back to their lives and homes adding realism to the quick pace of the book. I can’t wait to read more!

This story is an emotional journey of deep feelings, discovery of attraction, passion and love.

Overcoming long held emotions of lacking love and being able to sustain meaningful loving relationships.

Resulting in new beginnings and fulfilling, everlasting happiness, commitment, family closeness and love. With a happy ever after ending in this romance.

This is a story about adventure photographer Jensen being a submissive. The woman has all the power and he has to do as he is told. Thank you to Netgalley and the publishers for letting me review this book.
