It just wasn`t for me. The characters were meh and boring wich affected the story greatly. I just wasn`t invested.

It was a very nice read, which I enjoyed very much. I will be looking out for this author in the future.

The general premise of this book is quite good: chicklit with some interlinking relationships and lives. The delivery however did not do it for me.

The writing style was quite wooden, it didn't flow well and there was so much unnecessary narrative and background included at irrelevant points. On one page Greg said he loved Roz and the next page he was calling his friend Jennifer baby and he was over her with no timeframe or reason to be.

Overuse of names: Every time Greg spoke it was followed by 'Greg said' then 'Greg moved into the other room, Horace said hello to Greg'. I read the name Greg 10 times on one page.

The story line did not reach a conclusion either.

I read this book in one sitting- and I didn't have a clear cut expectation for this book, so it was interesting to read about Greg, his roommate, his college studies and their web of friends.
Here's my take, there's nothing new to this plot- or the setting, and the girls have quite some drama-one or two fell flat, however, it does not make this less interesting to read because well...for some weird reason, I feel that Horace's story, Greg's roommate, would be most intriguing to read.
Thanks Netgalley for the eARC.
