This book was incredibly timely for me - As a career communicator, I've recently been tasked with creating trainings and workshops for a culture change within my client's organization - which is new territory for me. As a change manager, I appreciated Eric's attention to workshop attendance- inviting those who may be resistant to the table and providing the tools to allow all participants in the workshop to be heard. As I think back to the successful and meaningful workshops I have attended, this book walked me through the details of what made those sessions so impactful. I'll be arming myself with these new skills as I continue to support my client.

I read ARC d the book and found it useful. I deliver seminars and workshops and wanted to read the book. For anyone who delivers workshops as a professional activity this book can be useful. Well structured approach on how to facilitate thinking during a workshop is the key to successful outcome.

Whole Mind Facilitation is a brilliant short and easy to read informative book for facilitators looking to gain insight and support for giving winning workshops. It's the best book I have read on the subject. I plan to use many of the helpful hints in my next set of workshops. Five stars.

I facilitate community meetings and reading this book was like breathing!
I especially loved the section that focuses on listening and found the W.A.I.T (why am I talking?) such a practical and helpful tip and I can't wait to use it in one of my meetings.
The structure of this book is both action oriented and thought oriented- so that balances out your reading and insights as you go along.
Thanks Netgalley for the eARC.
