Grace Hamilton has written many series about the aftermath of a life as we know it event. She always has a great story to tell with great characters who must learn to survive the hard way. Every series is different, no story repeats, no recycled events. That alone is an amazing feat, but her stories are engrossing. Your attention is focus'd on how these people will get out of this alive, much less manage to live through the next disaster. I love her books and share with all of my reading friends. Bitter End finishes this series. I cannot wait until the next one starts.

Wow., what a great continuation of this series! Could not put it down! Once again, the story lines built separately with great detail in each, giving the reader superb visualization of what was happening and how. As with previous titles in this series, it ended at a critical junction, leaving the reader wanting more. Can't wait for the next book!
