So timely and intriguing. As with many books about race, it promises a lot and delivers some. Worth a read.

Wow this book was my Favourite book of the year so far! Fantastic book and very current to what is happening at the moment with racism and BLM. This tells the story of two best friends, one white and one black. A shooting occurs of a innocent child by the white womans husband who is a cop and from that the dynamics of there friendship changes. I can't rate this highly enough, its unbiased, raw and emotional.

Great book, haven’t wanted to put this book down at all. I’ve been hooked.
