What would you think if you arrived to your place of work, only to be told you hadn’t worked there for five years? That’s the conundrum/panic that financial journalist Ally Linden faces – and the fact that the last few days have been a blur. She has to piece together what has happened to understand why she’s blanked it out. Her husband tries to help, but he’s got worries of his own – worries that Ally needs to also discover – her best friend is sick, there’s another woman hungry for her job and all the while, any detail Ally discovers only leads to more confusion. This twisty, turny read is absorbing; you want to know what really happened to Ally and you care about her.

I was going to give this 5 stars....but, I really disliked the end. It was an awesome book, kept me reading the whole thing in one sitting. Then, I felt seriously let down, like, some of the story just didn't come together. I feel it needs at least a few more chapters to tie up loose ends.

I don’t know how fo review this. On one hand the synopsis Made it sound Really intriguing but the whole novel confused me! Sometimes I felt I’d missed pages out. It was quite disjointed in places. Not for me.
