This book was a really eccentric guide to a minimalism lifestyle and quite frankly shows why people think that minimalists can be extreme.

I couldn't finish this book. I don't know if the Netgalley version wasn't proofread but there were sections that made no sense at all.

It seemed like one of the 'usual' books on minimalism and then turned into 'eat the same thing everyday, spend all your spare time educating yourself to be better'. That's not my understanding of minimalism at all.

Between making no sense and being a little extreme in how minimalism is presented, this book is not for me.
