A book for anybody that wants to become a fast bowler or likes to read anecdotes about well known crickets but don’t expect an autobiography as such because this is not one of those at all. Pity it would have been good to read how James Anderson went to become the world’s best fast bowler without having to read an instruction manual for fast bowlers.

James Anderson is probably the greatest English bowler of all time and “Bowl. Sleep. Repeat” is part biography; part memoir; part anecdotal stories which all makes for a highly enjoyable read and one I would definitely recommend to sports fans

As a huge cricket fan (and a massive Tailender), I throughly enjoyed this memoir. Well written, great to dip in and out of and fascinating to read more about the legend that is Jimmy Anderson
