Really great guide to build a lifelong career with learning, understanding and changing our habits. The author explains every concept sistematically and with a multitude of powerful mental tools to quickly expand your arsenal of techniques.

You can upgrade yoursef into a high performer and obtain useful, fundamental knowledge of how people work individually and together as a group. Understand and train yourself to think critically, to examine, learn and act with reason.

I highly recommend this book.
