I wish I got to read this on a rainy day. It was creepy and had you looking over your shoulder at any noise. It felt like my own personal nightmare which is being alone in a house and someone stalking you and then another fear of bringing people around you that you think you can trust but sometimes you can't. It was just awesome.

Taut and Tantalizing. An excellent debut.
A lovely husband, a perfect home, a perfect lie?
Juan purchased a house for his lovely wife on. Big Sur clifftop. A lovely house to which his wife instantly fell in love with. They were living happily until one day when he was killed and his wife become a widow.
Everyone has secrets and here's no exception. That widow has a dark past and now someone is watching her. Someone who knew what she did all those years ago. Someone is leaving blood red flowers on her doorstep with a note that reads "I'll be watching you".
I was sucked in the story from the first line of the first page that reads "One was my lucky number until I became a widow".
Wow, author has done a fabulous job. I loved every twist that came in the plot. I finished it in a few hours.
Characters and narration of the story are brilliant. Editting of the novel is really sharp which kept me hooked from starting to ending.
I'll definitely recommend this book to all my fellow bloggers and authors.
Thanks to NetGalley and Bookouture for giving me an advance copy of this awesome psychological thriller.
