If you're looking for a read, that thematically gives you inside into the success tool that is our habits, I stongly encourage you to pick this one up. The chapters are short and sweet, the advice is sound.

To summarize Lee's book, it would be this: "Habits are powerful; they define who we are and control the direction of our life." If you need a little spark in your step to get motivated, this is a short read that does just that. I personally have ready more moving and motivational books on this topic. I do believe the title is a tad misleading. This guide is geared towards your habits and how they make up 45% of our daily lives. I don't think Lee incorporated enough examples of the "Elite".

Overall, it was a short enjoyable read that made me reanalyze my habits and what I need to change to be more productive.
