I was hoping to get more information out of this book but was kind of disappointed. It has some good tips and advice but wish I gained more information from this to help with healthy living.

Nothing new to someone who is already dabbling/involved in the fields of energy healing, vibrational resonance, and law of attraction. But it does work as a rather good primer into these fields, for those who want to dip their toes in and find out if these modalities are for them before they plunge all in with the topics specifically

I enjoyed the ideas presented in this book, but found it difficult to read for want of editing. I feel as though the entirety of the book might have made for an excellent magazine article, or class on Daily Om.

I am very impressed with the content of this small book. It has lifted and shown me to do something about my overall health, which I have and to be honest never tried to improve and yes it can be expensive to be healthy. But, I'm guess it is just an excuse and this little book is filled with info on how it is possible, even for me.

This is a quick, easy to read book with seven steps to help lead you to a healthier lifestyle. The information wasn't anything new really but was put together well in an easy to follow format. Thank you to Netgalley and BooksGoSocial for an ARC copy.

'Healthy Living' is a simple book with simple but effective advice on how to slow down, pay attention to yourself and your surroundings and how to practice mindfulness. It is well written and easy to read and follow.

I did like this book. I provides useful tips. It's quite to the point, you are not provided with endless examples and "real life cases", which, for me, is a big plus. It's written in an easy to follow and understand style, it's not pretentious at all (as I find some selfhelp books to be).

I liked the book description, and presumed that the content would be based on findings from behavioural psychology.

I was wrong. It doesn't mention it in the description, but the book is about the law of attraction, understanding vibrations and affirmations etc - all the usual pseudo science that, to be fair, is enjoyed and believed in by many.

It's not what I expected from the description.

If you're into law of attraction and similar, you will enjoy this book. If you're after a book about healthy living that is based on science, give it a miss.

A very easy to read book with seven pointers to make part of your life for a healthy mind, body and soul. I feel full of enthusiasm for following Ambrose Kane's advice.
