A heartwarming collection of stories about "Christmas Wishes" from Enid Blyton. The book is very much of its time so some elements will be alien to young readers (e.g. buying tobacco for Dad) but for us old fans it's lovely.

This is a lovely collection of festive stories, would be an idle to read one or two a night during advent.
My only problem with the collection is that some of the stories are of the time they were written so some of the wording or behaviour to the children doesn't translate very well to present day.

A really nice selection of Festive Tales! I really enjoyed reading each one and this is definitely a book I would re-vist each Christmas time.
