I loved Camilla on Love Island and thought her past work very interesting. I started this book with interest to learn more about her life, childhood and how she came to work for HALO.
I was disappointed, I'm sorry to say. There was no childhood stories and a lot of the narrative was of the soul searching kind. It did talk about her HALO work very thoroughly but rest n of it was a little boring and I was skipping pages. I was expecting an autobiography, but at times, it felt more like a self help book which I didn't want to read. Camilla seems like a lovely lady and I wish her all the best for the future, but this book was not for me.
