Werewolves in space. A concept that I didn't know I needed until I picked up The Cargo and fell hard for Clifford! The dynamic between him and his ex-lover, her attitude and the pure brilliance of timing! Ah! I could go on and on forever, but then I'd be spilling spoilers all over the place! I eagerly await the next books!

this was a really good read, I loved the cover so I had to read it. I'm glad I was able to read it as it was a unique take on werewolves.

This is a very engaging sci-fi novella with a werewolf mercenary on a space voyage.

I found this book to be unique and engaging. I was very surprised at how well developed it is for such a short story of only 150 pages or so.

Very well written and entertaining. I will definitely be looking for more from this author.

This is a novella for a larger series and is placed about 400 years in the future from the Red Wolf Saga (I haven't read it) and is an introduction to the upcoming series The Half Human  Saga. This if course has me interested in both so I will definitely be checking them out.

I received this book from NetGalley for an honest review.

I enjoyed this story, even though I have not read any of the others by this author. I am interested finding others by this author.

Thank you to the author, publisher and NetGalley for my eARC in exchange for an honest review.

An interesting read, I liked the hero with a ton of baggage idea, there was plenty of action, fun and romance (or a kind of twist on it) . It was a fun read, I’m not sure it was my kind of read, but that’s just my taste not a criticism on the story or writing. Overall enjoyable, just not my kind of thing

Thanks to netgalley and the publisher for a free copy for an honest opinion

Amazing!

John Handley's The Cargo is a glorious match of fantasy, romance, wit and imagination. The creatures in the book are so unique that I would absolutely love to see what they could do in a movie.

A completely unexpected take. I loved it!
