This was pretty much an interesting and promising book, however, I really didn't get to enjoy this as much as I wanted because;

1. I was pretty confused
2. This is part of a series, I think. which I have yet to read the previous books.

Even though, I did get a grasp of the plot and I think it was pretty descent for my liking. I also didn't think that the characters were developed that much throughout the story.

Thank you for providing me with an earc of this this book - however, I have been unable to finish it

The listing does not advise that this is the third and final book in the series and this lead to confusion at the start of the book and also impacted my connection with the character as I was missing all the development from previous books.

My first installment in this series and it was an enjoyable middle grade romp through a fantasy story filled with whimsy and joy.

The final conclusion to the Hattie Brown trilogy. Absolutely LOVED this story, and the wonderful conclusion of our heroine, Hattie Brown and all of her friends in their fantastical and imaginative world. I can not recommend these books enough. My daughter will love them. They are definitely going to be purchased for my Kindergartener so I can read them to her at night. I know they are exactly what she will love. Give these books a chance, especially for kids who have amazing and big imaginations, which is exactly what is needed for these books. I hope the author writes more about this land and all of it's inhabitants.
