This is and interesting and well performed research on the area of sales and marketing. Although this is not a typical businesses book it does have a value of interesting researchers and a framework. The book made me think on how the problem of "sameness" is actual in current business world. The analysis is very good. Recommend for thought provoking discussions with colleagues.
