"We Lie With Death" is the second book in "The Reborn Empire" series. I read the first book ("We Ride the Storm") back in June, and I was very happy to get back to this world and the characters. As I said before, Devin Madson's grasp of world-building, character creation, and what a story needs to do to keep you reading is top-notch. The story gets stronger and stronger, the characters more vivid, and the writing remains at a very high standard. I'm already looking forward to the conclusion.

Long awaited, not that it was that long but God was I expecting it, sequel to We Ride The Storm. We get in the same kind of action pack story without compromise on the intrigue. Totally worth reading if you like the first one, you won't be disappointed!
