Bright, welcoming and delicious. The newest book from our favourite P.E teacher is once again another success.
This book is easy to follow,
the recipes simple and healthy,
the food photography amazing, bright and vibrant pictures that make you crave each dish.
There is a section on exercise and some workout ideas which again were straightforward. There is a full nutrition and exercise plan if needed too.
I am really looking forward to trying out some of the turkey dishes with my Christmas Day leftovers. The stroganoff sounds delicious.

This book is full of inspiration and loaded with fantastic looking recipes that will certainly kick start my New Year - it just keeps giving in a positive and supportive way. The exercise routines are easy to follow and the 30 day plan is comprehensive.
Don't think I'll have any excuses!

I’m not the biggest fan of Joe, he’s everywhere and I don’t particularly like his videos but I have to say his recipes are delicious.I try to get all of his recipes when getting a Gousto box as I know they will be tasty and fresh and his latest weight loss/cookery book doesn’t disappoint. I rarely buy cookery books as I find I either only like one or two dishes or they have too many ingredients that I won’t use again but this book is straight to the point, using many ingredients a good cook will have already. I found myself saying I would make that to that many dishes that I’ve actually gone to purchase a physical copy. Weight loss doesn’t have to mean losing taste and Joe confirms that with this book,

Thank you to Bluebird and NetGalley for giving me an advanced copy.

This is a new book that contains Joe Wick's exercises and recipes to help you kick start a healthier beginning to your relationship with food and exercise. I have 3 of his other books that are for his 90 day plan - this book is for 30 days only which seems much easier to do it over a shorter period of time as often people find it too hard to stick to longer plan - yep that's me!

The recipes as far as I can tell, are not repeats from the books I have. They contain recipes by section: reduced carb recipes, post work out recipes and snacks. The book instructs you on which section to pick when you are working out, having a rest day or at other times. There are certainly enough recipes to choose from, plus at the rear of the book is a 4/5 week meal/training plan to help you along.

Many of the recipes are for one person, but if you are cooking for more people they would be easy enough to scale up. Most have colour photographs to accompany them and the measurements are in metric. If a recipe takes a little longer to cook, can be made ahead, is veggie or can be frozen then there is a coloured circle at the top of the page indicating this. The instructions are easy to follow.

The Training Plan at the rear of the book include HIIT and Resistance for beginners, intermediates and advanced. The resistance training requires you to have dumbbells. Both HIIT and Resistance training are under 30 minutes each - so an hour a day is not too much to do 5 days a week. If you don't fancy those then it also has suggestions for Low Intensity Steady State exercises such as walking, jogging, cycling and more for between 30-60 minutes but should be done over 7 days a week as they are less intensive. The only thing missing from the exercises is warming up and stretching afterwards.

This is a good book for those wanting to start or even re-start doing some exercise and healthy eating. Now I'm off to do some exercise and then cook something good for dinner!

I received this book from Netgalley in return for a honest review.

As someone who is looking to lose weight, I had been looking for a book that included both recipes and workouts and this fit the bill perfectly. Joe Wicks has written an extensive and accessible book with vibrant, full-colour photographs, showing exactly how the food should turn out, and the variety of recipes means there's something here for everyone to devour. The workout sections were much more in-depth than I thought they would be. It includes chapters on nutrition, fitness, sleep and goal setting, as well as exploring lifestyle choices and how to stay motivated. The recipes are split into — reduced carbs, snacks and post-workout and these are followed by information on the training plan and the 30-day plan.

In his upbeat, supportive manner Joe gives you the best chance of losing weight with this superb, integrated book. This is undoubtedly his best publication to date and having tried many of the recipes already, I can safely say that anyone who decides to pick this up is in for a treat; luckily the recipes, despite being healthy, are not disgusting or bland as with some other books I have purchased in the past. I found everything I've tried so far to be really tasty, so tasty that it didn't actually feel as though it was a healthier option and that is a surefire way to help people shape up. If you're looking to become healthier and drop the pounds then I cannot recommend this highly enough.

This has some great recipes in that don’t take too much messing about and look like they’d be tasty. Also some good exercises and tips in here.

Downloaded this title but all I received on my kindle paperwhite was photos. No text. No recipes. No. Instructions on how to complete the exercises. Cannot rate this title as I didn't get the whole book. Disappointingly.
