The silent, empty north pole, with northern lights over head should be beautiful.
It was, until a flare drags Anna to a nearby base, and she is confronted with mass murder of the crew, and not much help from her aged companion.
This book really does set the scene,of beauty and baroness.
Theres no help, satellites are out and theres a storm.
Top it all,you have to figure out how,who and why so many are dead.
Tension packed, with some grim moments that almost had me turning away to take a breath, this is a fab thriller to kick start 2021 reading.
