This was a short and cute read that my toddler really enjoyed. She loved animals and space, so this was a big win for her. I might have enjoyed it being a little longer, but it was perfect for a young audience.

This is a story about a pig who loves jumping in puddles but also wants to go to the moon. The pig has heard rumors about the moon being cold, made of cheese, or being really good for jumping high. The pig plans out what to pack, builds its rocket, and blasts off to the moon.

The story was really lacking. I wanted to know what happened to the pig once it landed... were any of the theories correct? Did he learn anything about the moon? What could have been a fun, educational story was just kind of bland. The drawings were also not as professional as I'm used to in picture books.

Overall, this would be a fun little story to read with very small children and it may be nice to teach sequence in kindergarten. I just wanted a bit more.

Thank you Netgalley and to the author for letting me read this book for an honest review.

So, I dont have many ebooks for my little ones so I thought netgalley would be a nice place to go to help new authors and get a book to read for my babies before bed.

While for me, the art was a little on the rough side, the story itself made my girls happy. They love farm animals and space so it was a combination of their favorite things. It was a quick read and the colors were bright.
