This was a very interesting book with lots of information about the life of the author and examples of sustainable excellence and how to achieve it. Unfortunately it is very much geared for the USA reader in every aspect which is a shame as a lot of information regarding things such as American sport and other subjects were lost on me being English. I am sure that this will be a very successful publication but sadly not over here so much.

Terry Tucker brings us a basic guideline to achieving our heartfelt goals. It is at times repetitious but it is what we need to plow through in order to make the goals we have set for ourselves. If you are unhappy with your choices or unable to make choices, this book will be of great help to you.
