I very much enjoy Kerry Lonsdale's books, all of them. I have dubbed her the Queen of the Twist. This is a nicely structured story and, true to her style, there is more to come! I felt some of the writing at the beginning was a bit rough, though.. It felt as though she was trying to cram too many descriptive details into each sentence. And it's the editor's job to smooth out those bumps. That aside: Where are you taking us, Kerry? I look forward to the journey!

A great start to a new trilogy. I now can’t wait to read the next to see what happened in the days Lily went missing. Good family drama of siblings, parents they refer to by their first names (confused me a bit at first) and summer friends they grew into adulthood with. A special boy named Lucas that I fell in love with. Thanks to the author for allowing me to read an early copy. All opinions are my own.

Another great read by Kerry Lonsdale. Olivia is shocked to find her nephew Josh, whom she has never met, at her door. His mother Lily is no where to be found after she ran off when she was a teen after discovering some disturbing information about her parents. Olivia is determined to help josh find his mother and reunite their family. After digging and digging they find clues to lead them to Lily and the truth of her parents lies comes to light.
Mysterious, heart warming and captivating.

I have read several of Kerry Lonsdale's books and enjoyed them all, so my review is a little bias. I love that as I'm reading, I can clearly picture the scene in my head, her narrative is very descriptive. I really enjoyed this storyline., and as in her other books, it leaves you wanting more! I cannot wait for No More Lies...and I wonder if there will be a third book telling us more about Lucas!!!

Thank you NetGalley, Kerry Londsdale and Lake Union Publishing for the ARC!

Wow, what can I say? Kerry Lonsdale has done it again. I love that this is a beginning of a series and I get to visit with and enjoy these characters again. The flashbacks to the younger years and getting to know the family dynamics was so intriguing. I found myself speeding through the pages wanting to find out the secrets of the past and the present. The characters were likeable and all had features I could relate to. It was interesting to see how misunderstandings sometimes fuel our current relationships. I cannot wait to find out what happens next and I enjoyed that there was enough open end to leave me wanting more but not enough to make me want to throw the book across the room in anticipation :) I was provided with a preread copy of this book and I loved it as much if not more as all of Kerry's other works. My only regret is that I found Kerry after she had a published all of her previous series so I didn't have to anxiously await the next book in the series.

I have been a HUGE fan of Kerry's for years and each novel she writes effortlessly takes me into her world of beauty or into a realm of delightful drama. Reading her novel, No More Words truly had me speechless. This book is a dynamic thriller that leaves the reader begging for more answers to all the thoughtfully placed questions/doubts Kerry inserts into her writing. I stayed up late reading one night just to find out what happened to this prominent family - a family torn apart by lies - and destroyed by the one person NO ONE would've thought could ever do it. I highly recommend this and ALL Kerry Lonsdale's books! 🤩 This intriguing and chilling thriller/drama novel had all of the elements a reader is looking for when they are searching for an AMAZING read. Definitely a MUST READ...and I am adding it to our next book club meeting! 😉☺️📖

Once again, I was up late into the night reading yet another Kerry Lonsdale book. It seems that when I read her books, I just can't put them down. This book had me totally engaged from the first chapter. I felt as though the characters were very well developed, and reading about them played out like a movie in my mind. My only complaint is that it left on somewhat of a cliffhanger, and now I must wait for the next book!

This is the first book in a new trilogy by this author. It is fast-paced, and could not stop thinking about these characters when I was not reading. The novel is told mainly from Olivia’s perspective. Her teenage nephew suddenly shows up at her house not knowing where his mom is (Olivia hasn’t seen her in years), and unable to tell his aunt what happened. Olivia then tries to find her sister, learning family secrets along the way. I look forward to reading the rest of the trilogy to see how the story continues.

This is the first book in Lonsdale’s new “No More Series”. It’s packed full of family skeletons and takes you on a crazy ride you won’t regret!

Dwight & Charlotte Carson want to appear to have the picture perfect family...it’s a lie!

Olivia the oldest sister is right smack in the middle of it. Her nephew Josh shows up on her street out of nowhere and is in a panic but can’t communicate due to an injury to his brain. Olivia hasn’t spoken to her sister years. If she could only trust her heart to Blaze.

Lily ran away from home when she was 16 and pregnant afraid for her life. She let them think Olivia’s boyfriend was the father. Protecting her son was all that mattered she had to stay away to keep him safe.

Lucas the middle brother was always in trouble. He should have protected Lily and his Mom but he didn’t when he was younger. Everyone thought the worse about him, he would try to help now.

As Always Lonsdale has outdone herself...this book took me to some emotional places I wasn’t expecting. I love that this author always surprises me that way and makes me think about her books. She does a great job with research about real injuries and illness in her books and real life situations!

I thought that this might be a good family mystery saga but despite the adult content, it reads like a US teenage soap script. Not really my thing.

The book starts off making you realize even the most “perfect” families have their issues. You can see the life of important people and think everything is good and wonderful, until it’s not. Kerry has done a fabulous job once again with twists and turns so crazy you can’t help but keep reading!

No More Words tells the story of Olivia’s family, Lily, their brother, and their parents. Lily was forced to leave years ago, a pregnant teenager. Olivia’s nephew shows up out of no where, without his mom. Olivia is made to take care of her nephew without knowing what happened or where Lily is. Olivia has her own trauma in her life that makes her shut important people out. No More Words tells the story of mental disorders, family secrets, and deception from people one would never think would hurt his/her family.

Finished this book with my mouth open and patiently anticipating the second book! You will love this book!

I have read previous novels by Kerry Lonsdale and was thrilled to see she had a new novel coming out!

The book starts off in the summer of 1995: Meet Charlotte and Dwight Carson - married couple with 3 children - Olivia (8), Lucas (6) and Lily (3). The 3 children spend their summers with the Whitman's at their lakeside cabin and have fun with the Whitman's 2 children, Theo (but wants to be called Blaze -8) and Tyler (5). They quickly become good friends and the Whitman's is the highlight of their summers.

The book jumps back and forth from various timelines, from summers years ago at the Whitman's lakeside cabin, tot he present when the children are all grown up. I enjoyed reading about the past and getting glimpses of the main characters and what makes them who they are today. It gave a lot of background history of each of the characters in the book and made for great character development.

I was hooked on this book from the very first chapter and enjoyed reading about all of the characters. The Carson family certainly had their fair share of secrets and lies, as did the Whitman's, and I loved reading about all of the family dynamics. There were a lot of twists and turns that I really enjoyed, and lots of revelations that I didn't see coming. A lot of tragedy, murder, lies, deception, and even some romance thrown in there as well.

A great book that I highly recommend.

Fantastic start to a family drama with heart. We follow siblings Olivia, Lucas, and Lily. They had a good enough childhood (though their dad clearly favors Olivia and doesn't Lily..
. Also secrets both parents hold), but the best part was summers spent at a lake house of friends. There Olivia falls in love with Blaze.

One day, Josh arrives on Olivia's doorstep. She's his nephew and his mom, Lily, is missing. But Josh suffers from a brain injury and can't explain anything about where his mom might be.

Oh my, I just felt so much love for Josh! He's such a sweet boy. He may not have the words to share his story, but as time goes by and Olivia has the patience to learn how he feels within his world.... It's just heartwarming.

This is a story you don't want to miss and it will be a wonderful trilogy of these siblings!

Thank you so very much to Kerry Lonsdale, Team No More (the promotional team) and for NetGalley for an option to read this book before publication date.

This trilogy has started off amazingly and had me racing through the pages to see exactly what was happening to this family, what happened in their past, and who is messing with whose mind.

The father is abusive and was a person of interest in a murder, the mom is a victim of domestic violence and neither have an issue having multiple affairs to get through life, one daughter is missing and their son has some major anger issues.

We get to really meet Olivia who has many issues with trust and love, but truly puts aside her issues to help her nephew and find her sister.

This book has many twists, turns and tons of family drama throughout. I cannot wait to read book 2 and will devour it as soon as I have it.

You won’t regret starting this trilogy.

After the high that I was on after having finished Side trip I was so looking forward to this book. I enjoyed 90% of it but there were some plot holes and questions that were not answered. I realized, only at the end, that there would be a second book in the series and perhaps some of the questions will be answered then. This first book has drama, suspense, romance, a lot of twists as well as heartbreaking moments as it tells the story of a very fractured family and the effects that lies and secrets can have on children and how they develop as adults.

I LOVE ALL of Kerry’s books. This one has a great story line with a lot of mystery. I don’t feel like I fell In love with the characters and the story like I have with her previous books. I’m looking forward to reading the next one to see what happens next.

Given that I am a fan of Kerry Lonsdale and will read anything she writes, I couldn't wait to get my hands on this novel. I had heard great things about it and it lived up to the hype.

I was riveted as soon as Josh showed up at Olivia's house. I wanted to know what had really happened and it was so interesting watching Olivia peel the layers from the very little Josh was giving her. I enjoyed learning about Olivia's experiences at the Whitman's house every summer and how things unfolded with that. Olivia was a tough nut to crack, so it was interesting to see how she developed her trust issues. I also would have loved to see the drawings that were described throughout, as well as Olivia's graphic novel characters.

There were so many interesting twists and turns throughout this novel that will keep readers guessing from one page to the next. I already want to get my hands on the next book in the series!

Amber: Nikki Reed
Blaze: Scott Eastwood
Josh: Owen D. Stone

I have read all of this authors books, as I really enjoys her writing style and stories.
This one is the first of a new trilogy and I am looking forward to the next two already, to hear a bit more about this family.
This is a story about three siblings, who each strive for their own identity in a household with parents that were driven and sometimes affectionately unavailable to them. They each had their own personalities, each coping with their lives in their own manner.
It is a story full of mystery as we get to see how each of these family members relate to each other and act upon those responses.
I really wanted to keep reading to see how the story progressed. I cannot wait to see how this trilogy ends. I am sure we will be surprised by what happens throughout the story.
I would like to thank NetGalley and Lake Union Publishing for a copy of this book.

NO MORE WORDS is domestic drama at its very best, full of suspense and intrigue with a perfect amount of humour and romance to balance it out. The characters are wonderfully complex and as the layers of the plot unfold, you find yourself getting drawn deeper into their story and more invested in the outcome.

I absolutely tore through the pages of this book and am thrilled it is just the first in a new trilogy because I definitely want to read more about the Carson siblings as they work to heal their fractured family.

Thank you to Lake Union Publishing for the advance reading copy.
