Please do not think that this book is aimed at those just in a relationship with a partner e.g. wife/husband etc, this book aims at all kinds of relationships in your life including relatives, friends work colleagues, and this book helps you to understand if that specific relationship is how you perceive it and does it bring you happiness.

An interesting read, very thought-provoking and would be very good as a hardback book. This is a first for me by the author and one I enjoyed and would read more of her work. The book cover is eye-catching and appealing and would spark my interest if in a bookshop. Thank you very much to the author, publisher and Netgalley for this ARC.

This was a wonderfully quick and thought-provoking read. It is intended to help people decide if they should stay in, or leave, their romantic relationship. However, I found that quite a lot of the points could be applicable to non-romantic relationships as well, and it had me thinking about the different sorts of relationships and dynamics we have with friends and family, how these come about and why we maintain them. Also, despite the title, this is an incredibly insightful read for people that are either in a comfortable relationship or single, as it provides a lot of good philosophical relationship tips hidden within the debate of 'should I stay or should I leave'.

Stay or leave is a concise and highly readable book on the reasons relationships breakdown with the premise it can help someone decide whether to stay or leave. The information is useful and gives the reader distance which may help as well as tips on how to improve things. It gives an insight into both sides of the relationship and the dynamics which maybe at play,
It would have benefited from a chapter on reasons when the answer to leave is more clear cut such as domestic abuse with links to places to get help rather than a passing sentence. It maybe easy for those in that situation to read some descriptions of the breakdowns and choose to stay when more guidance could be given.
