This book is amazing and it has very bright illustrations, which my daughter and I loved. We had lots of fun making up different space stories using the different characters and the different choices of scenery. I highly recommend this book for any child (or adult!)

Many thanks to the author, publisher and Net Galley for a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

We really enjoyed this, both of my boys love choice books and movies so they were really excited when I told this about Space Adventure. There was a great array of choices and they thoroughly enjoyed being able to change the plot and return to the beginning to start another adventure again and again. I know my class in school will really enjoy it too. It provides so much fun and hours of entertainment.

This is a fun aid for children having a go at creative writing. Each page sets out different elements they can use including who their character will be, what they will wear, what they will take with them, where they will travel to etc. Each page adds a few ideas to think about as they make their choices and build up their stories and the illustrations are bright and fun which makes this quite engaging. Once they've made their choices they can create their story and afterwards use the books again to create another. One of a potentially really good series that I think will work well with groups and individuals.

This review has been written with the help and opinions of my children age 9 and 6 years old. My 9 year old has autism and is a very visual learner and really engaged with this book.

As soon as they saw the cover they were immediately drawn in and excited to read the book. Throughout the book the illustrations are absolutely beautiful, vivid and they stand out to really capture the readers attention and imagination.

My son loves anything to do with Space so this is a book that I would definitely choose for him.

Each page helps you write imagine (or write) your own story and gives you lots of ideas and encouragement to really explore your imagination. It’s a very inclusive book where children and adults alike can engage, imagine and share their own story that they have created.

Although the pages give you lots of ideas and some prompts, I feel the reader is really encouraged to delve and explore their own imagination.

Each reader gets to choose their character, the hero they would like to be, what they would wear, where they would go etc.

My children really enjoyed and engaged with this book and the ideas within. It’s one of those that you can pick up again and again but it can be a completely different story each time. The possibilities are endless!

My son has already asked me to purchase the physical copy for him for his birthday so It was definitely a big hit!

Thank you to Quarto Publishing Group-Wide Eyed Editions for providing me with an ARC on this book in exchange for an honest review.

When I was younger i used to the the create your own adventure books, that were around back then, and this book reminds me of those, but for younger children with illustrated prompts.
You not only get to choose which hero you want to be, but also where you want to go and what you take with you etc.
Perfect book which really gets children's minds working overtime with regards to story telling and imagination.
Lovely book that will appeal to boys and girls, and actually of many different ages as the story they come up with will just be in more detail it they are older.
