After reading the first Nikki Hunt book, I simply couldn't wait to delve into this world once again.
A thrilling, gripping story that has you engrossed to the very end, and those plot twists throughout.... fabulous!

I absolutely love this series. The characters are so well written - I can't wait to hear more about them. The villian is done so well - absolutely shocked me. The writing is just so well done - I already have the next two books in the series.
Nikki is helping Miller with a missing child and mother case - believed to be a child abduction by mother.
A winter storm causes a young woman to slide into a ditch - uncovering frozen blood and a body.
Caitlin begins harassing Nikki to join the search for another missing young boy - a different county than Miller's jurisdiction.
Fast paced. Amazing writing. I could have finished in one sitting if life allowed.

I read this, the second book in the series, straight after the first one. A great read, with just the right amount of suspense and procedural content.
I’m really enjoying getting to know Nikki Hunt and her team and very much looking forward to the next installment.

One perfect grave by Stacy Green.
Detective Nikki Hunt book 2.
When the remains of two bodies are found in an open grave along a desolate highway in Stillwater, Minnesota, Special Agent Nikki Hunt knows exactly who they are. The bright blue jacket lying on the frozen earth belongs to Kellan Rhodes, the missing boy she’s desperately been trying to find for the last two days. The other body is his mother Dana, who had been Nikki’s lead suspect.
A brilliant read. I love this series. Nikki is still my favourite character. I like Rory too. I'm looking forward to book 3. 5*.

Sipping thoughts: I have found a new series that I cannot wait to follow. Nikki Hunt is a great FBI agent with some problems in her past but she is determined to solve her cases and give families closure. This is the 2nd book in the series but I followed it just fine. However, I am going to go back and read the first one because I really want to close some loose ends. I have already got book 3 and 4 and cannot wait to read them!

Cheers and thank you to @NetGalley and @Bookouture for an advanced copy of @OnePerfect Grave.

I couldnt put this book down. What a great book. The ending was just superb. This book is number 2 in the series, I should have read number 1 first because it flows on from that book. Lots of twists and turns. Just loved the way the story unfolded.

One Perfect Grave by Stacy Green is the second book in the Nikki Hunt series and what another excellent book this was. I was hooked within the first few pages and I could not put it down. Hence why I read it in one sitting!

I highly recommend this series of books. Stacy's books just get better and better.

Big Thank you to Bookouture and NetGalley who provided me with a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. All the thoughts and opinions are my own.

I enjoyed the first book in this Nikki Hunt series, but I LOVED this one! It was more fast-paced and had more twists. I was rooting for Nikki the whole time, and I loved how it felt like a Law and Order episode. I can't wait to read the third book in the series! I received a free copy from netgalley and the publisher in exchange for my honest review.

An unputdownable thriller that will make your heart pound until its final, shocking conclusion. Perfect for fans of Robert Dugoni, Karin Slaughter, Lisa Gardner and readers who want to binge read into the night.

Loved this book - this book was important to me for another reason too!
I didn't read the blurb and when I started this book - I was shocked and my mind was blown away because of the storyline and mystery!

I'm not going to reveal any kind of plot but if you like reading crime thriller and investigations - I definitely recommend this book.

This can be read as a stand alone but I wish I had read them in order because it talks about what happens in the first book. I will, however, be going back to read book one because I really enjoyed Nikki’s character. There aren’t many twists and turns in this book but it’s written so well it had me hooked until the end. It also kept me guessing with regard to the bad guy. I look forward to getting to know Nikki better.

This book hooked me from page 1, I couldn't put it down. From the great characters to the fast paced storyline, everything in this book is fantastic. Nikki Hunt and this series are fast becoming a favorite of mine. If you're interested in a fast paced suspense this book is for you. I read it in one sitting and highly recommend it.

Nikki Hunt was a brilliant investigator and I need more of her books. While called for the deaths of a mother-son duo, a child went missing, thereby convoluting an already murky path with few leads or clues.

The book was fast paced and Nikki was etched carefully by the author making this a fast read. This packed a punch because Nikki was most apt for this role. I loved her determination and her instincts helped her right through.

Another cracker by the author. Read book 1 then this to enjoy the characters.

This series just got started & its already so damn good. The plot was simple but so very tense. Generally I love reading complex twisted plots. In comparison this was low on both but the pages just kept turning. The story of Dana & Kellan was interesting to say the very least. I felt very compelled to reach the end & unravel the brutal double murder And the end was very satisfying! Nikki Hunt is amazing as a main character. The supporting characters i.e. her team is great too. I could do with learning more about them eventually. Its interesting to see Nikki's personal life unfold. There's a lot of palpable tension in there for me. I would definitely sign up to read the next book in the series.

Thank you NetGalley, Bookouture & Stacy Green for an arc!

I thought the first book was a good introduction to Nikki Hunt and was happy to see the same commitment to character in this second book. I liked how the author wove a couple of narratives together to form the bigger picture. It was true to investigative form. I also find Nikki to be a reliable and likable heroine. She doesn’t take things at face value all of the time, but she isn’t overly suspicious either. She’s just smart and tries to look for connections. The author did a great job of relaying plot points to keep the reader engaged without giving away huge hints that made it too easy to figure out. This is definitely a series I will continue to follow. For a detailed review, please visit Fireflies and Free Kicks. Thank you to Bookouture and NetGalley for a digital ARC of the book.

Nikki Hunt is an agent with a tumultous past. Her parents were murdered and the wrong man convicted. Now she is dating his brother and it is not smooth sailing. She is called in to investigate the death of a mother and child. The mum was a former drug addict so suicide and child murder are suspected but the autopsy reveals murder of both victims. On the same day a boy goes missing: are the cases connected...?
One Perfect Grave is the second book to feature agent Nikki Hunt and there are spoliers from the previous book so I would suggest reading that first if you like reading series in order. There is enough information to make this book work as a stand alone and I have not read the first book so this did not spoil my enjoyment.
Nikki is determined to find justice for Dana and her son Kellan. Dana had been desperate to reject her former drug filled lifestyle and be a better mother to her son, regaining custody from her bitter sister. Nikki is also convinced that Zach's disappearance is not an accident but his connection with the journalist who made Nikki's life difficult in recent days is an added complication.
I instantly warmed to Nikki. She has been through so much in her past and is trying to move on. But she remains kind and human, dedicated to finding the truth for the victims. Her tangled personal life and the pressures of her FBI role are completely engaging.
The pace is fast and the writing is easy to read. The pages just seemed to run away as I found myself lost in the plot and engrossed in Nikki's life.
One Perfect Grave was a brilliant thriller and I will definitely be finding the first book in the series while I wait for the next to be published.

I loved Agent Nikki and her team. The fact that she’d do anything for her daughter was a part of the story that I really loved.
I liked her balance of trying to figure out home stuff with being a kick butt Agent. She really cares for the people she’s helping. I guessed one of the twists but I second guessed myself. A great story that kept me invested I wanted to know what happens to Kellan and his mom.

Thank you to Bookouture and Netgalley for my copy for review!

This is the second in the series and a great addition. It has an engrossing storyline and kept me reading on. Good character development too.

Well written with good character development but very predictable to me. I just couldn’t get into it. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

I was eager to get hold of this book as book one in the Nikki Hunt series was so good, book two, One Perfect Grave did not disappoint me. It began with a car slides on black ice and ends up in a deep ditch the driver discovered a boy frozen in the ice. It is Kellan Rhodes who Nikki and other police were looking for as he went missing. What is even more shocking is that his mother is discovered dead next to him and the hunt for a missing child turns into a hunt to find a murderer.
This was absolutely gripping, the character-building Stacy Green does is amazing as I felt I knew a lot of the characters. I liked that we got to know Nikki more and how the people in the town are reacting to her since book one.
The investigation was very good, and it kept me guessing, there were certainly a few people I thought it could be and I was not even close!
I would love the series to be turned into films or even TV series, one book per season, I would definitely watch them!
