This title is a great title for beginner crafters. There are many simple projects that could easily be done with children. The free-form ideas expressed should encourage the reluctant crafter to jump in and be creative without fear.

The basis of each project is painting but each project incorporates other crafts to produce unique multimedia objects. Everything is kept nice and simple, the projects do not require lots of expensive materials. There are clear explanations for each project along with plenty of photographs. Becki Clark's decorative style is dainty and mostly incorporates botanical themes. This is an ideal book for a beginner looking to get started crafting or for the more experienced crafted looking for fresh inspiration.
