Sadly I found this book disappointing. I think if I was a beginner/intermediate in French it would have been very helpful but at my level the language was not challenging enough and the story not interesting enough to keep me entertained. I found the writing style difficult to engage with and several aspects of the story were problematic to me. But I applaud the author for her efforts in writing in multiple languages and attempting to make learning another language more fun and interesting.
