The continuation of the first book in this duology, the couple starts their romantic relationship while traversing family troubles. In which they each tackle individually and together the effects of the heroine's nephew's diagnosis and the broken family dynamics as the hero remembers more of his childhood memories.

Though not as fiery as the first book due to the discovery of numerous things, in this book it explores the new romantic relationship between the hero and the heroine as well as the healing that the hero's birth family must do for a between future. There were angst/drama but Ina different form and not too much. There tears shed as families just face how much a medical diagnosis and disappearance affected them as a whole and individually. Of course, there were some steamy scenes as well for the couple. And I was all for it in every word, scene, and chapter. I enjoyed reading this duology and look forward to reading more Ryu Hyang books in the future.

This was an adorable follow up of Just the Two of Us 1# and it warmed my heart. We join Soohyuk and Yuna again, now living together. The focus of this book is more on Soohyuk's discovery of his birth parents and biological brother, and his decision on whether to reveal what he knows to them or not.

I really loved the family bonding in this book - Soohyuk bonding with his biological family and bonding with Yuna's family as the two become even closer. These relationship developments are just packed with emotion and it makes this such a heartfelt story.

I loved catching up with these characters again, especially after the ending of book 1! The ending was everything, making it such a joyful read in the end despite the character's lifetime struggles.

Overall, a really great romance with sweet family dynamics. Grumpy and sunshine is one of my faves and this didn't disappoint.

I loved the first volume of this story and was very eager to follow along with these characters. The second volume didn’t disappoint as talented and tormented doctor Soohyuk Cha and the sweet and brave Yuna work to keep their love going as Soohyuk struggles to come to terms with finding his birth family and Yuna’s family deals with the devastating diagnosis of her beloved nephew. What shines through is how love can resolve these problems. Yuna has such a mature and forgiving nature that she is able to give Soohyuk the love he needs to come to terms with his own personal history and bring down the walls of coldness he had erected. I just loved reading about these characters and learning about their Korean culture.

You need to read the first volume to understand all the cross currents, but it is well worth it. These two books are real keepers.

Picking up where the first book left off Soohyuk and Yuna are living together and working on their relationship. Soohyuk has finally found his birth parents and things are getting bumpy as he tries to figure out how to not only confront them but confront his past which he only remembers bits and pieces. Yuna is navigating her first real relationship and taking care of her nephew while trying to figure out where she and Soohyuk stand. I had a great time reading this book! It wraps up the emotional story of our protagonists as they both work through their issues and heal together. It was romantic, emotional, and an all around great read. The ending wrapped up nicely and I would highly recommend this duology!

The second part of an amazing story . In this part we have the answers of all the questions that we had . We can see what love can accomplish and the forgiveness . It made me cry so many times but it was all worth it .

I was excited to see the second one on Netgalley that I immediately requested it, got approved quite fast, and started it within 24 hours. I really enjoyed the first book and wanted to see how all of the characters were doing.

Soohyuk and Yuna are living together and their relationship continues to blossom but like with any couple, sometimes arguments arise and things are said that are soon regretted. This is also steamier than the first book since they take their relationship to the next level as well.

One thing I enjoy about these books is that even though it is like watching a drama unfold, it isn’t overly dramatic. The characters get upset for the right reasons and they also learn and grow from circumstances as well. They are very human and I can’t help but to connect with them and their emotions.

Soohyuk is still the same guy who is very blunt. I lived for the moments when he told someone off and felt no remorse for it as his actions were always justified. He may be very closed off but the softer side of him did show through in this book as well. Yuna brings out the best in him and it shows.

Although I enjoyed this one, there were a couple things that I didn’t like as much.

The pacing for this book is a lot faster than the first. This was okay overall as many of the relationships between characters had been established already but the ending just felt rushed and many months or years had gone by between paragraphs. I wish there would have been another book.

I also wish there would have been more from Soohyuk’s real family as well as Yuna’s. Both families were very present in the first book and even though they had their moments in this one, it just didn’t feel the same.

Overall, I still enjoyed this one. I thought it was a good sequel and conclusion for Soohyuk and Yuna. It was nice to see them get their happy ending after everything they had gone through in their childhood until now.
