Truth be Told brings an interesting analysis of how businesses must be purposeful to thrive in a post-pandemic world. John O'Brien and David Gallagher call this scenario VUCA (Volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity) 2.0, and bring recent examples from big brands and a lot of data to back up what they feel will be successful Marketing and Communications strategies post 2020.

Although very insightful, at times the book can feel a bit repetitive or redundant. But, overall, it's a great read for anybody who is either starting a business or interested in MarComms.
