This book is about Will and Lily who meet during a Caribbean vacation. After several chance encounters, they spend most of their time together, but aren’t very truthful about their real lives. Upon returning home they run into each other in a professional setting and have to work through the consequences of their half-truths to one another. This was a cute book. Clumsy girl meets quiet guy. Thanks to NetGalley and the author for this advanced reader copy.

Lily and Will meet on fall for each other on a 2 week Caribbean holiday, never expecting to see each other again they both dont exactly tell the truth about themselves.
A few weeks later they meet up through their jobs and their real lives start to show through and both start to worry what the other might think
Fab book, loved it and didn't want to put it down

A great summer read from Tracy Corbett. Is it possible to fall for someone while on a 2 week Caribbean holiday? What's the harm in pretending you are something you are not, or leaving out important details of your life if you will never see each other again. Except sometimes, a holiday romance can bring you a whole new future.

Someone like you - What a treat this story was.

The characters are so relatable. Lily in particular, I think we all feel like she did at some points in our life.

This book is an easy read but an enjoyable read. I didn’t find the plot at all predictable and I was entertained by all the twists and turns.

At the beginning of the story I was in tears and by the end I had a huge smile on my face. This book has the ultimate feel good factor about it. I would recommend it to friends to read whilst on holiday.

Lily and Will meet on hoilday - both are keeping secrets, so what will happen when they see each other again in real life? It was great to see Lily blossom and become who she wanted to be.
An enjoyable read.

I loved this book and devoured the whole thing in one day. The characters were so well written that their flaws were evident and they weren't Hollywoodised, yet they were still lovable. You felt for Will with his background, and Lily wanting to reinvent herself and understood where each was coming from, whilst also wanting them to overcome their hangups. This is a clean story which I'd recommend for everyone, and feel it's one of those stories which is so realistic, romantic, and funny, that surely someone is going to want to turn it into a movie. One for fans of Sophie Kinsella

Thanks to the publisher and Netgalley for an early review copy.

After a family bereavement Lilith decides to go on holiday, a chance to change her life, after a routine of dung the same things. where Will, also having lost someone close is there too. Between them, they don’t tell the truth of who they are and she makes up a few white lies, thinking, she’ll never see him again.

Back home, Lilly is on Will’s mind, and then his company needs a costume designer, he straight away thinks of hiring Lilly and see if what was there between them on holiday is just that a holiday romance or more. Only problem is, he wasn’t honest with Lilly.

So will the untold truths be a barrier between them both or will they be able to look past them.

Sometimes what happens on holiday, lasts even when the holidays over.

Enjoyable lovely read.
