I must firstly apologise for the amount of time it has taken me to provide a review of this book, my health was rather bad for quite some time, something that had me in hospital on numerous occasions and simply didnt leave me with the time I once had to do what I love most.

Unfortunately that does mean I have missed the archive date for many of these books, so It would feel unjust throwing any review together without being able to pay attention to each novel properly.

However, I am now back to reading as before and look forward to sharing my honest reviews as always going forward. I thank you f0r the patience and understanding throughout x

This is Carson and Sienna's love story. One is a PI and the other a detective. After a brief separation, communication, and some suspense to catch a killer who is after Sienna, Carson, and Sienna find their HEA. 4 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟

Wow! Another swoon-worthy novella for the MacArthur Family. This was the third book and was for the last single MacArthur sibling. It was fast-paced with plenty of intrigues, action, and twists and turns. The three novellas overlap some so reading them in order is best. Carson and Sienna were likable and so perfect for each other. They were opposites but complimented each other. Both had dangerous jobs, but they were respectful and understanding of each other’s dedication to their jobs. It was entertaining and I hate to see the end of the series, but I hope we see the siblings again in a future book.
I received an ARC and am voluntarily leaving a review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Oh, how I've been waiting for Sienna's book! Finally! I've been waiting for us to get another crossover of the Irish and MacArthur families, and this time it's super deliciously suspenseful!

Sienna MacArthur is a private investigator. Carson Irish is a detective with the local police force. They previously met and started a teensy, tiny little full alarm fire of a fling when they met at their sibling's wedding. But, Sienna's penchant for mess and trouble and Carson's strict adherence to the rules and order were practically a tragic story waiting to happen. Except they can't quite forget about each other and when he happens to find Sienna on her typical PI antics they stumble into deeper waters than any of them could ever expect.

I really liked this one. I loved Sienna and Carson's fire. My hubs and I are quite the opposites attract sort, so I absolutely get it. The mystery aspect of the story is on point. Carson was a seriously stand up guy and waited patiently for Sienna to figure herself out. I loved it. Sienna was a beautifully strong character that wasn't too proud to realize when she might need a little backup. Oh and the chemistry! Muy Caliente.

All in all, I loved this MacArthur series. They were all fun quick reads and great characters. I absolutely recommend if you like a little excitement with your romance!

The MacArthur Family Trilogy ends with a bang. Katie Reus is amazing at giving us stories that revolve around characters that are interesting and always leave us wanting to meet them in person. I have been looking forward to this story since the first in the series when we got hints that Carson and Sienna were setting sparks off one another. Sienna attracts trouble as a PI sometimes, but she loves her job and is unwilling to give it up even in order to have a relationship with a man that pulls her in every way. Carson has wanted Sienna since the first time he set eyes on her and while he let he put up walls between them after their first attempt at a relationship, now that she’s back on his radar there is no way he is letting continue. Sienna’s home has been broken into and her clients are dropping dead around her so Carson is going to protect her at all costs, but the more time they spend together the harder resisting him is. Can Sienna overcome her fears and have a chance with the man she is falling in love with or will the choice be out of their hands thanks to a killer? Carson is such a sexy alpha male, but at the same time he is sweet and loving making him perfectly balanced as a hero to balance the chaotic nature of Sienna. He is strong and doesn’t need to control or put down a woman in order to feel better about himself, instead lifting her up and making her feel complete. Sienna seems to have a few hang-ups, though we never get the full reasoning of why, and she doesn’t want to take a chance on Carson at first, but the more time they are forced to spend together the less it matters as she gets to know him. She was strong, frenzied, and intelligent but there are definitely some vulnerabilities that she hides behind until she just can’t anymore. The heat between Carson and Sienna is undeniable at any moment, but when they let themselves go to embrace it almost burns them (and readers) up to enjoy it. I was sad to see the series end and wish their story had been longer but look forward to whatever comes next from Katie Reus for sure. Your throne as a Queen of Romance is safe with this one, Katie.

T his was only an ok read. The suspense was the best part and it was still barely there. The couple didn’t have any real animosity for not being together like we were lead to believe in the previous books. The hero is a bit too understanding and perfect, but as high strung as Sienna could get without provocation, I guess it the only way.

A suspenseful storyline with a wonderful romance. I loved the intensity of the storyline which was made better by their obvious chemistry and attraction for each other. The drama surrounding her character allows him to play a part in helping her solve her case and also allows him to get his girl. I enjoyed reading this book.

I requested a copy of this book and am voluntarily writing a review.

Great read. Fully recommend this series to readers of Suzanne Brockmann and Cherry Adair. Starts off slower than her other books - but the action builds as the story continues.

Saving Sienna by Katie Reus is book 3 in the MacArthur Family Series. This is the story of Sienna MacArthur and Carson Irish. I have read the previous books which did add to my enjoyment of this one, but I do feel you can make this a standalone book if you wish to do so. Ms. Reus is one of my go to author's for a good exciting romance story. I loved this book and series...so I do recommend them.

Like It? Hate it? Love it? Why? The last novella in The MacArthur series brings the heat, suspense, and humor in a way that fully satisfied this picky reader. Carson and Sienna finally get to explore that chemistry that's been simmering between them from the moment they met and I wasn't disappointed!

Both characters can stand on their own and have their own way of connecting with readers. Carson isn't an emotionally constipated male, he's comfortable with his feelings towards Sienna. I loved that he was open, honest, and unafraid to admit he wasn't just looking for a fling with Sienna. He knew they had something special and he wanted to explore that. And when you toss in enough suspense, danger, and mystery it creates a situation where Carson and Sienna need to stay close in order to find answers as to who is threatening her. I loved the dash of action in this novella and how it helped further the overall plot.

Click It or Skip It? Click It. I had fun and though Saving Sienna might be a novella, it doesn't feel like one.

I have really enjoyed this series, and I hope this book isn’t the last we see of this world.

Sienna MacArthur is a PI and Carson Irish is a cop. Sienna plays fast and loose, Carson is by the book. But when they get together, none of that matters.

Other than a couple of exciting nights a few months back, she does her best to coolly acknowledge him and that is all. After all, his sister is married to her brother and if they dated and things went south for Carson and Sienna, family events would be awkward. Or at least that’s Sienna’s line of thought. Sienna has a hang up about long-term relationships. Previous men have found her job exciting at first until they realize she’s in danger, then suddenly they no longer want her doing it. Unfortunately she sort of assumes Carson will be the same.

But as he is doing something unrelated, he sees Sienna dive off of a yacht and swim for shore. He hauls her up and gets her to her car. They wind up at his apartment, and he seems frustrated that she’s put herself in danger. He feels she’s taking unnecessary risks, and she feels he disapproves. But they have to put that all aside when someone breaks into Sienna’s house. Is it related the the case she was working on when he found her swimming for shore? He can’t work her case, but he can put himself on guard duty. The two of them work well together and he is patient. She is going stir crazy being cooped up, and they both know exactly how to burn off that restless energy.

I love this series, and I enjoyed Carson and Sienna together. They were smart, sexy, and they worked well together. I love how patient he is, letting her come to him, but I also love that he knows when to take charge. Katie Reus writes exciting and sexy books, and this one worked for me. I can’t wait to see what she’s doing next!

Can two people with very different personalities fall in love? The third book in the MacArthur family series is about Carson and Sienna. Even though Carson and Sienna are very different from each other, they can’t ignore the strong attraction zinging between them.

I have enjoyed reading all the stories in this series. They are all short, romantic, suspenseful and engaging. So, I was excited to dive into this one about Sienna and Carson.

Carson is a detective and he is serious and protective. While Sienna is a PI and she is mischievous and isn’t afraid of anything (which usually gets her into trouble). Carson likes everything about Sienna, including her propensity for getting into predicaments, but it takes some convincing from Carson to make stubborn Sienna let go and take a chance on him.

Carson and Siena are great together and share a lot of chemistry. Along the way, they help solve a crime and discover who wants to hurt Sienna. I enjoyed this short and entertaining story.

Though only 90 pages, this author proves once again she can pack a full story within a short novella. I "LOVE" the fact she delivers patient, determined to get the girl, good guy heroes who live up to that label and my expectations.

Sassy Sienna seemed to be exactly what completely smitten Carson had been looking for. In fact, if a knucklehead decision had not been made previously, I'm pretty sure he'd already put a ring on it, folks. Lucky for us though we get a backseat to this pair of lovebirds finally getting their HEA.

I lowered my rating just a tad for some of Sienna's irrational thinking. It's just me, my fellow romance book loving friends. Chances are it may not phase you a bit.

If you like quick, romantic reads, you may want to check out all the books in this new series.

Trying not to give too much of the story away, "Saving Sienna", is a sexy novella with Detective Carson Irish and P.I. Sienna MacArthur. It packs a punch with the two of them on the run as Carson works to keep her safe when she is targeted by a killer. With the danger, twists, suspense, and the attraction that is happening between them, Katie Reus has another winner on her hands in book 3 of the MacArthur Family series. **I was gifted "Saving Sienna" via NetGalley, leaving my review based on my reading.** 4.5 Stars!l

I received this arc for an honest review.
Detective Carson Irish has been thinking of PI Sienna MacArthur especially since they spent the night together after their brother and sister got married. He cannot stop thinking about her and she has kept him at bay by not returning any of his calls or texts.
This all changes when he sees her jumping off a yacht and then when her apartment gets broken into. Now they work at finding who is after her, is it from an old case or one of her new cases. When the lawyer she works with is killed it really heightens the story and makes you the reader get really involved in the who done it?
I really liked the banter back and forth between the two main characters and just the overall feel of the story. This story just keeps you the reader going from page to page until the end of the book, very much worth the read.

Katie Reus is back with another installment of the MacArthur Family series in a sexy, opposites-attract contemporary with enough suspense to make you turn the pages faster. SAVING SIENNA brings us back around to Detective Carson Irish (his sister Kathryn was in Falling for Irish), who is determined to keep Private Investigator Sienna MacArthur from turning up as another dead body at one of her cases. These characters are fun, equitable, and sexy. The story is fast-paced and so engaging. It’s just a really great weekend read!
